This batch of Rosemary honey was harvested in the Sierra Mariola Natural Park, a protected mountain region in Alicante known for its wild thyme, chestnut, and white clover blossoms as well as rosemary.
The bees forage freely among the park’s seasonal flora during Spring and Autumn, creating a floral and aromatic honey with a clear amber colour and an almost white crystallisation, a showcasing the raw, unprocessed honey.
The honey doesn't actually taste like the herb, it is very sweet and light that you can eat it by the spoon, a lovely honey that can be enjoyed with anything.
Our honey is produced by fourth-generation Spanish beekeepers who have perfected their craft over nearly a century. Each harvest is unpasteurised, preserving the honey’s enzymes, antioxidants, and delicate floral aroma.
