This batch of Thousand Flowers honey was harvested in the Sierra Mariola Natural Park, a protected mountain region in Alicante known for its wild thyme, chestnut, and white clover blossoms.
The bees forage freely among the park’s seasonal flora during March and April, creating a subtly floral honey with a translucent amber colour and a smooth texture that naturally crystallises, a showcasing the raw, unprocessed honey.
Our honey is produced by fourth-generation Spanish beekeepers who have perfected their craft over nearly a century. Each harvest is unpasteurised, preserving the honey’s enzymes, antioxidants, and delicate floral aroma.
